US investigators are to drop a criminal case into how Heath Ledger obtained two powerful painkillers that contributed to his death, an official has said. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) had suspected oxycodone and hydrocodone found in Ledger's system were obtained with false prescriptions.

Amy Winehouse to play Glastonbury
Glastonbury organisers have confirmed that Amy Winehouse will play this summer's festival.
They say they have "total faith" in the singer, who is due to perform directly before headliner Jay-Z on the Pyramid stage on 28 June.
Winehouse was told on 15 May that she would not face charges over a video of her apparently smoking crack cocaine.
Pop mogul gets 25 years for fraud
Boy band mogul Lou Pearlman, who created the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for a $300m (£153m) fraud.
Pearlman swindled family, friends, investors and banks by enticing them to put money into two fake companies for 20 years. He pleaded guilty in March.
Grant and Hurley win holiday-snaps pay-out
Hugh Grant and his ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley have won £58,000 (€73,000) in damages for invasion of privacy, after they were photographed on holiday in a private resort in the Maldives.
Grant, model Hurley and her businessman husband Arun Nayar filed suit against photo agencies Big Pictures (UK) Limited and Eliot Press SARL last year, when snaps of the trio on holiday were published in a number of British newspapers.
